Start with alignment.
I start by understanding the customer’s goals and what success means to them. Then I bring executive stakeholders and customer teams together around a shared plan.
Hi, I’m Tom.
Enterprise customer success. A commercial perspective.
And a builder’s curiosity for what’s possible.
I’ve run a family restaurant and partnered with enterprise customers.
People have been at the centre of every role.
Enterprise customers I’ve worked with across my career.

I’m Tom, an enterprise customer success professional in Ottawa. I help connect complex platforms to business priorities through executive alignment, thoughtful account planning, and cross-functional collaboration. My path spans enterprise software, sales, support, and running a family restaurant—different settings, with people at the centre of each.

What I enjoy when I’m away from work.
I like learning by building. My IPTV player, Nerdy Popcorn, grew out of exploring what AI can help me create.
A different kind of building: stepping away from a screen and making something with my hands.
Food has been part of my life since running our family restaurant. I still enjoy spending time in the kitchen.
Getting caught up in a good story is one of my favourite ways to unwind.
One of the sports I make time for outside work.
The mix of racing, engineering and strategy keeps me interested from one Grand Prix to the next.
